How weekly cashback is calculated
Each week, your total losses minus your total winnings gives you your net loss. Cashback is paid as a set percentage of that net loss based on your VIP tier.
For example — say you played slot games or live casino all week and ended up with a total loss of ৳20,000. If you are at the Gold tier, your cashback for that week would be:
৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback — that is the benefit at the Gold tier. Cashback is automatically added to your account every Monday.
Note — cashback applies only to net losses, and only when you have an actual net loss for that week. If your winnings exceed your losses that week, cashback will be zero.
